ABOUT ME

My passion is to understand people—from who they are and what they like to how they make decisions. I focus on understanding what makes a person's experiences with products, applications, and programs accessible, enjoyable, and useful.

For me, the process for understanding users and promoting good user experience involve two key steps:

  1. Analyzing users and user behavior through quantitative and qualitative research, such as literature reviews, heuristic evaluation, benchmarks, user testing, surveys, and interviews.

  2. Championing good user experience and evangelizing research findings through engaging written reports, oral presentations, and good ol' fashioned conversation.

I thrive on research and collaboration with others to create positive experiences for people, and I really do believe that good user experience makes the world a happier place!
