Hi, I’m Sara.
With over 10 years of experience as a UX researcher and nearly 20 years as a writer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. I hold a master’s degree in Information Studies from The University of Texas and have worked with leading companies and organizations, including Google, Qualtrics, and the Centers for Disease Control. My passion is to understand people and help create useful and enjoyable products and programs.
